At GreenStreak, Corp. (“gstreak”, “we”, “us” or “our”), we consider the privacy and security of your information to be paramount.
gstreak operates a customer retention and engagement platform powered by a series of interlinked smartphone applications, which we make available through our website (gstreak.co) (our “Site”), and the respective smartphone application stores (Google Play, Apple iOS Store, and Windows App Store). gstreak catalyzes interaction between a business and its clientele, all of which is designed to increase loyalty and by extension footfall and/or digital traffic. This catalyzation is achieved through a method of gamification whereby account holders compete against one another in arcade mini-games for high scores during allotted time frames. At the end of each time frame top scoring account holders win all or portions of a game’s prize pool, paid out in in-app digital currency, that is then used to reserve items from our partner storefront prize cases (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets out how we collect and process information that identifies or is associated with you (your “personal information”) when you access gstreak’s mobile app or interlinked smartphone application games (the “Apps”)

We will never ask you to send your password or other sensitive information to us in an email, though we may ask you to enter this type of information when logging in and accessing gstreak Services.
Emails, phone calls, text messages, or any other form of communication requesting your password, or seeking sensitive account information should be regarded as suspicious and unauthorized and should be reported to us immediately at: [email protected], subject line: ’Suspicious Communication’, and provide your contact information. Sharing of passwords or mobile devices with a third party, for any reason, will allow said third party to access your account, personal information, and you may be responsible for any and all actions taken by the third party under the guise of your account. Typically, though not always, the information used for interest-based advertising is collected through tracking technologies, such as cookies, web beacons, embedded scripts, location-identifying technologies, and similar technology, which recognize the device you are using and collect information, including click stream information, browser type, time and date you visited the site, AdID, precise geolocation and other information. We may share a common account identifier (such as a hashed email address or user ID) with our third-party advertising partners to help identify you across devices. We and our third-party partners use this information to make the advertisements you see within the Apps more applicable to your preferences, as well as to provide advertising-related services such as reporting, attribution, analytics and market research. We may also use services provided by third parties (such as ad campaign and content facilitators) to serve targeted ads to you and others on such platforms.

Where permissible, we may retain such information to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, and enforce our Terms of Service. - The Apps for which you use our Services.
- Email correspondence, namely, when you contact us directly via email a transcript of the conversation will be archived.
- Marketing and communications preferences, specifically, your marketing material and communication, such as the language in which you choose to communicate with us.
- The country from which you access our Services.
III.b Personal Information that is passively collected when you use the Sites or Services:
- Data File Log, including but not limited to, your internet protocol (IP) address, mobile device operating system, browser type (when applicable), browser ID, date/time of visit, Apps screens visited, duration of stay on each respective screen.
- Analytic Data, specifically the Apps' screen pathing undertaken, how our Services are interacted with, as well as the usage and activity on our Services, such as the duration of time spent on each page, elements interacted with whilst on said page, elements clicked, or otherwise interacted with (colloquially know as 'clickstream analysis').
- ~ Location Data, including your general geographic location determined by your IP address.
- Username that was provided to gstreak upon account creation.
- Device Identifiers, namely the Identifiers for Advertisers (IDFA) and International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), in addition to other Unique Device Identifiers (UDID) that may become relevant during standard business operations
- Usage Data, including the time gstreak or any Services were launched by yourself, the pages and content interacted with, any adverts that you viewed, clicked on, completed, the objects and links you clicked on and interacted with, in addition to any relevant scrolling information.
- Diagnostics Data, including crash logs, usage and performance statistics, and so forth.
- The country from which you access our Services.
III.c How we use this information:
- Register and authenticate you, we use your personal information to allow you to register for an access our Apps & Services and update your profile information.
- Verify gstreak and Service eligibility, we use your personal information to ensure that you are legally able to access gstreak, and/or Service features and functionalities of the Apps, in your country or state.
- To facilitate delivery only prizes, we use your personal information - specifically a mailing address - to facilitate the delivery of reserved prizes that cannot be redeemed in a storefront, but rather require delivery by the store partner. In some cases we may provide your email address or physical address to store partners for the purpose of delivering the reserved prize.
- Augment App brainstorming and marketing, your personal information may be used from time to time to gauge market interest to assist with in-progress or future brainstorming, rollout(s), and to supplement our marketing efforts.
- Communicate with you and deal with complaints, we use your personal information to send you communications relating to our Services and to address any comments or complaints you submit to us.
- Performance monitoring and Service improvements, personal information may be utilized for performance measurements in relation to our Services, for issue / bug / "ghosts in the shell" remediation, and/or for the improvement and development of Service features and functionalities. - Customer relationship, service, and support partners - these service providers help support our customer relationships, from Developer Spotlight partners to the gstreak account holders who utilize and enjoy our Apps.
- Billing and payment providers - Service providers, such as the Apple in-app payment portal, Google Play's billing system, and other billing and financial administration systems, as well as their respective payment support services.
- Analytics providers - service providers of this designation help generate statistics about our Site, Apps usage, Service metrics, and other data that helps us provide paragon experiences to our account holders and store partner entities.
- Cloud hosting service provider - Amazon Web Services Inc. is gstreak's cloud hosting service provider.

VI.a.5.a - You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information, when conducted for standard and genuine reasons on behalf of Service(s) and App(s) functionalities and features, arising from a cardinal feeling that said information processing has adversely impacted your freedoms and rights, or your particular set of circumstances.
VI.a.5.b - You have the right to object to personal information processing in regards to direct marketing purposes. In some instances, we may exhibit compelling and legitimate grounds for the sustained processing of said information, which overrules your rights and freedoms.
VI.a.i.6 - Rights to restrict.
VI.a.i6.a - You have the right to request that the processing of your personal information be restricted. Such rights enable you to request the suspension of personal information processing in light of the following scenarios:
- the desire for accuracy of personal information to be established;
- processing of personal information conflicts with governances, laws, regulations, and rules, but you do not wish for us to erase your personal information;
- in the event that you desire we hold said personal information even if it is no longer required to establish, defend, or exercise legal claims; or
- objections to the processing of your personal information have been put forth but verification as to if VI.a.5.b - overruling - is pending.
VI.a.i.7 - Rights to reassignment.
VI.a.i.7.a - You have the right to request reassignment of your personal information to yourself or a third party. We will provide to you, or a third party identified by yourself, your personal information in an organized, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets file. Please note, rights outlined in VI.a.i.7.a apply only to information for which consent of use was granted, or as provided by yourself during the account creation process.
VI.b Voicing a Complaint
As a resident of the United Kingdom you have the right to voice a complaint at any point for the Information Commissioner's Office ("ICO"), the United Kingdom's lead regulator for data protection issues.
